How to Install clisp-dev software package in Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

clisp-dev software package provides GNU CLISP, a Common Lisp implementation (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install clisp-dev 

clisp-dev is installed in your system.
